Kayla and Jimmy, a beautiful couple from America, chose Italy and specifically Tuscany to celebrate their wedding in early August 2021 and I was happy to have been their wedding photographer.
Their wedding in Tuscany, at Villa Corsini Mezzomonte, was truly beautiful and full of dances.
I was really very happy to have met them and I thank Corsini Events Group so much for proposing me as their wedding photographer in Florence.
The preparation of the bride and groom took place in the rooms of the beautiful Villa in Florence. Villa Corsini Mezzomonte is a former Medici villa located in the Tuscan countryside a few kilometers from Florence, an ideal place for a wonderful wedding in Tuscany: elegant and full of history. In 1629 it was bought by the future cardinal Giovan Carlo de' Medici, it was thanks to him that the beautiful Gallery decorated with frescoes was built where most of the wedding receptions take place, since 1644 the Corsini family has owned the Villa.
Being two photographers we managed to share the preparation of the bride and groom. While my colleague Chiara took care of the preparation photos of the groom, Jimmy, surrounded by the presence of his bestmen; I dedicated myself to the getting ready photos of the bride, Kayla, also surrounded by the affection of her bridesmaids.
Before the ceremony, the boys decided to enjoy the "first look" away from the guests, in the beautiful Italian garden overlooked by the frescoed gallery.
While the ceremony took place in the second Italian garden, characterized by the presence of a beautiful water lily fountain overlooking the Chianti hills.
After the ceremony, all the guests moved to the side of the Villa, in the large English park, to enjoy a good aperitif and we took the opportunity to take a few minutes to take pictures of the couple, managing to capture even the beautiful light of the sunset.
The dinner took place inside the Villa, in the frescoed Gallery, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
After the various toasts and exciting speeches, the spouses moved to the Italian garden to cut the cake, while the guests watched them from the windows of the Gallery. The party continued inside with dances and lots of happy smiles.
Kayla and Jimmy's wedding at Villa Corsini in Florence was elegant, full of joy and affection, ingredients that helped make it special not only for them but also for all of us suppliers.
